At StateLineTack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and quality for your equestrian lifestyle with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, securely attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
